WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
Color: golden yellow with marked green vein, foam textures and fine and persistent perlage
Perfume: the sensations of white fruit prevail, but also of green walnut husk: straight and clean
Taste: complex and solid structure on the palate, dry, the only concessions to sweetness are hints of fruit and a very light vanilla finish, the acidic vein is biting, resistant and persistent
